ANNIVERSARY PINS
These pins aim to recognize employees for their milestone anniversaries. Recipients will receive their pin directly from their managers on or around their milestone anniversary.
1 Year Recognition Pin
This pin recognizes your 1-year anniversary with Chimes.
3 Year Recognition Pin
This pin recognizes your 3-year anniversary with Chimes.
5 Year Recognition Pin
This pin recognizes your 5-year anniversary with Chimes. You will receive this pin along with a monetary award as a recognition of this milestone.
10 Year Recognition Pin
This pin recognizes your 10-year anniversary with Chimes. You will receive this pin along with a monetary award as a recognition of this milestone.
15 Year Recognition Pin
This pin recognizes your 15-year anniversary with Chimes. You will receive this pin along with a monetary award as a recognition of this milestone.
20 Year Recognition Pin

SPECIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
These pins aim to recognize employees for their special accomplishments. Recipients will receive their pin directly from the responsible person. For example, the Safe Driver pin will be distributed by the Director of Risk and Safety and the CPR Training pin will be distributed by the Director of Learning and Development.
Safe Driver
This pin recognizes an employee’s successful completion of the Safe Driver course.
DC Employee of the Month
This pin recognizes an employee from a DC site who goes above and beyond.
CEO Pin
This pin is awarded by the CEO to any employee from any Chimes site or affiliate who is “caught” exemplifying Chimes Values at work.
Driver Training
This pin recognizes an employee’s successful completion of Driver Training during New Employee Orientation
CPR Training
This pin recognizes an employee’s successful completion of CPR Training during New Employee Orientation.
MANDT Training
This pin recognizes an employee’s successful completion of MANDT during New Employee Orientation
Instructor
This pin recognizes an employee’s successful completion of MANDT during New Employee Orientation
NEO Completion
This pin memorializes an employee’s successful completion of New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Mentorship
This pin commemorates an employee’s designation as a Chimes Mentor
Volunteership
This pin recognizes your 35-year anniversary with Chimes. You will receive this pin along with a monetary award as a recognition of this milestone.
Talent Scout
This pin is awarded to an employee who refers someone to Chimes via the Employee Referral Program, who is then hired and successfully completes their first 90 days.
Safety Recognition
This pin is awarded to an employee who demonstrates exemplary Safety procedures in their role with Chimes.
Above and Beyond
This pin is awarded by the COO / CAO / CFO to any employee from any Chimes site or affiliate who goes above and beyond in their work.
Perfect Attendance 1 Year
This pin recognizes an employee who has 1 year of perfect attendance.
Perfect Attendance 2 Year
This pin recognizes an employee who has 2 years of perfect attendance.
Perfect Attendance 3 Year
This pin recognizes an employee who has 3 years of perfect attendance.
