Chimes Cheers! proudly comes back from the holidays. Chimes Cheers recognizes our employees who live the five core values of Chimes as witnessed and submitted by their fellow colleagues.
Within each edition, you’ll discover new additions to our team, team member milestones, and be inspired by the remarkable success stories within Chimes.
Through this initiative, we aim to embody our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of celebration and gratitude. Together, let us honor our colleagues whose dedication empowers lives and enables the future of individuals with differing abilities.

Joy Miller brings joy to her job. She always has a smile on her face and is kind with a warm welcome to anyone who walks into the LCE Whitemarsh day hab program. I love her warm decorations and her bright smile, and she makes my job easier when I bring families and people to tour the program. Cheers to Cynthia Fox for all her help in submitting our applications to the state to keep us on track for expanding new programs. She has also done a great deal of work in trying to get us contracted with a specific payer, which has been incredibly difficult. I have been on the job for just over a month and have never felt more supported in a work environment. Everyone on the Development and Communications team is willing to share their knowledge with me and has created a fun and welcoming space to step into and share new ideas. – Chelsey Ewers
Sarah Booen, Scheduling Coordinator for Delaware had an amazingly productive month! Sarah supported the team in DE and offered her expertise with developing exciting new opportunities for all staff members who work in both Day and Residential Programs! Thank you, Sarah! Bill Snyder has consistently investigated accidents, prepared our proper legal forms and followed our written procedures without the need for follow-up emails or discussions regarding missing information. His thoroughness shows dedication in this area to get the process right, protecting Chimes and ensuring that accidents don’t occur again. This allows our safety program to work to its full potential and I am very grateful for the work he is doing. – Stefanie Nadeau

Let me start off by saying this young lady goes above & beyond her job description and is such a joy to be around and to work with. Tamika Lattimore is always willing to help if she can and it doesn’t matter the department you are in. Yes, she is in the Intervals dept, but she also assists our L&D department with training our staff in CPR as well as MANDT and she does it without a fuss. As we concluded the final days of 2024, we reflected on what an incredible holiday season it was and wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for an amazing year of Empowering Lives and Enabling Futures for the thousands of people we support. For Thanksgiving, the gratitude was alive at Chimes! Chimes DC and Fort Liberty teams gathered for a meaningful Thanksgiving dinner, while The Chimes School continued its tradition of assembling and distributing Thanksgiving Boxes with the help of students, staff, and generous donations. Thank you for being the heart of Chimes, and Happy Thanksgiving!
