Chimes Cheers! recognizes our employees who live the five core values of Chimes as witnessed and submitted by their fellow colleagues.

Within each edition, you’ll discover new additions to our team, team member milestones, and be inspired by the remarkable success stories within Chimes.

Through this initiative, we aim to embody our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of celebration and gratitude. Together, let us honor our colleagues whose dedication empowers lives and enables the future of individuals with differing abilities.

I want to give a big shout out to Sherea Johnson-Willis for all that she has done since taking on her new role as the admin for Intervals. Alicia Felder has the daunting task of managing 5 residential programs. After Crozer Hospital closed, she quickly arranged new doctors and programs for 44 residents. She’s creative, detail-oriented, and truly reliable. We appreciate all she does! – Lauren Flynn

Charlton Grant turned the WJC East/West project around during a tough 15 months. The contract was extended, and the customer praised the site’s performance—all thanks to his leadership. – Michael Atkins

Annette Perkins is a caring supervisor who supports both employees and colleagues. She often works double shifts and has great rapport with everyone. Her dedication to teamwork leads to great outcomes. – Sabrina (Brina) Pierce

Summer is here and we are nearing the halfway point of 2025 – that’s truly hard to believe! I am so proud of all the hard work our team is putting in across the region to make every day a meaningful day for the people we support. Your dedication and effort create amazing opportunities for people with disabilities and mental health challenges and this month’s video really drives that home. PRIDE MONTH

Across our footprint, Chimes celebrated Pride Month with parades, dessert parties, and creative events that brought teams together in support of the LGBTQ+ community. From joyful gatherings to meaningful moments of solidarity, our celebrations reflected the spirit of connection and pride.
