Chimes Cheers! recognizes our employees who live the five core values of Chimes as witnessed and submitted by their fellow colleagues.

Within each edition, you’ll discover new additions to our team, team member milestones, and be inspired by the remarkable success stories within Chimes.

Through this initiative, we aim to embody our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of celebration and gratitude. Together, let us honor our colleagues whose dedication empowers lives and enables the future of individuals with differing abilities.

I want to thank our floor-care team here at ICC. The government (GSA) is pleased with the condition of the floors throughout the complex. Some federal workers thought the floors were “WET”! Clean, sparkling, uniformed with no streaks. Their commitment, dedication and thoroughness are very much appreciated especially working weekends to get this task completed timely. – Issac Massey

A huge Chimes Cheer to Megan Miller. In her short time being with Chimes DC, Megan has been the epitome of a team player taking on several tasks that will increase the overall visibility and knowledge of our contracting portfolio, as well as assisting with building proposals for new opportunities to increase the Chimes portfolio. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work Angela Thornton does as the PCP coordination. She responds to last-minute meetings and changes or quick turnarounds, yet Angela is always consistent and ensures seamless transitions and follow up. Susie Thomaidis is such a thoughtful coworker. She always goes out of her way to make her coworkers feel special. She doesn’t forget a birthday or let an opportunity to wish a coworker well go by. – Theresa Peddicord

Nicole Williams has been outstanding in her role as an RBT on the case we share, sharing outstanding suggestions and implementing interventions with maximum fidelity. As you may know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. For this month’s video message, Steve invited Nicole Brown, COO of Chimes Holcomb, to take over hosting duties. Chimes Holcomb is our Pennsylvania-based affiliate that provides a wide array of mental health and substance abuse services. Their team does challenging and important work and we are grateful to have them as part of the Chimes Family.

Chimes hosted a vibrant Art Day at our Newark, Delaware location—an inspiring kickoff as we prepare for ArtFall25!

Our talented artists poured creativity and emotion into every piece, using painting as a powerful outlet for expression, confidence, and joy.

We’re so proud of their work and excited to see this momentum grow as we look ahead to ArtFall25. At Chimes, every brushstroke tells a story worth celebrating.

CARNIVAL AT THE CHIMES SCHOOL

The Chimes School was bursting with joy during our annual Carnival Day! With games, treats, music, and sunshine, students and families shared laughter and unforgettable moments.

Students at The Chimes School celebrated an unforgettable prom full of music, dancing, and joy! Delaware also hosted its own lively prom, making it a day of celebration across Chimes.
